The Author

Ioan Trif was born in Transylvania and studied engineering in Timișoara. In 1984 he escaped Romania by swimming across the Danube, later completing a master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence in Ottawa. He has lived in the Ottawa–Gatineau region for more than forty years. Read more...
